Educational Qualification

Selection Process

LDC and Junior Assistant Jobs
1. RSSB Clerk Grade-II (LDC) and Junior Assistant
Recruitment Notice No. 04/2026 was published for 10,644 posts. Applications could be submitted between 15th January to 13th February 2026.
Education Qualifications: Applicant should have passed Class 12th from any recognized board, along with proficiency in Hindi language in Devnagri script and familiarity with Rajasthani culture. Applicants should also possess a recognized computer certificate such as RS-CIT as per recruitment regulations.
Age Limit: Prescribed age limit is 18 to 40 years with category-wise relaxation.
Selection Process: The selection process normally comprises a written Exam, typing / skill test, and verification of documents. The Written Exam was expected to be held on 5-6 July 2026. Applicants may refer to the RSSB official website for details.
2. RRVUNL Junior Assistant and Commercial Assistant
RRVUNL has declared 765 openings through a combined recruitment process involving positions of Junior Assistant I, Commercial Assistant II, Technician, Operator, Plant Attendant III, and Junior Chemist.
Candidates possessing graduation are eligible for Junior Assistant vacancies provided they satisfy the set criteria. The stated age group is 18-40 years, including relaxation wherever applicable. The selection process takes place through written examination. Candidates should refer to the respective notification regarding qualifications.
Salary and Allowances
The salaries of employees working in electricity departments of Rajasthan will depend upon post and probation rules. In the two years’ probation period, the selected candidates get a fixed monthly amount before being converted to the normal scale of pay. The pay matrix for Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II is Level 5 in recent RVUNL recruitment process, with a basic salary of ₹20,800 and an honorarium of ₹14,600.
The Technician-III, Operator-III and Plant Attendant-III salaries will be as per government scale; however, details have to be verified. DA, HRA, etc., could add to the salary.
