Winter operating cost is not measured only in blade price. The strongest program is not just a product choice. Assign the fracture-capable edge to the specific truck responsible for the emergency corridor. Stage a verified spare at the closest depot. Keep a complete changeout kit ready. Define the trigger for deployment—such as forecast conditions, temperature, or ice depth—and agree on primary and backup access routes with facility and emergency-service stakeholders.
