Unlike established Durga Puja celebrations with decades of traditions, vendor networks and operational experience, Oitijhyo is creating its first-year framework from scratch. Every element requires planning, coordination and teamwork, from venue arrangements and rituals to electricity, stage management, food services, waste management and visitor flow.
