Best place to change a BMW car battery in Jumeirah Village Circle

So my BMW 5 Series has been giving me that slow crank in the mornings for the past few days, and with the way the heat has been lately, I know I'm on borrowed time with this battery. I live in Jumeirah Village Circle and I'm trying to find a shop nearby that actually knows what they're doing with these cars, because I've heard way too many horror stories about people just swapping batteries without doing the proper registration and ending up with electrical gremlins or a dead battery again in a year. From what I've read, modern BMWs need the battery registered to the car's computer system so the charging profile adjusts properly, and if you skip that step, the car will overcharge or undercharge the new battery and kill it prematurely.
