An entrepreneurs most faced situation in startups ...

Co-founder left and have investment meeting with A-list investor in the space in 3 days.

So I am building a high tech company and my technical co-founder decided to leave the journey to grab a high paying job he got offered, in another country. He genuinly believes in the product, but realized that what he really wants is a nice stable life. The problem is we were both supposed to go to that meeting. I plan on still going and saying very honestly what happened, and tell them that I don't believe the meeting will waste their timeso I didn't cancel.

What do you guys think? Cancel or go and make the best of it?
