The Western Blind Rehabilitation Center is an inpatient facility located within the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. The Blind Rehab Specialist - Computer Access Technology (CAT) Instructor works with Veterans with visual impairments to assess individual abilities and goals, develop treatment plan and and provide training for successful use of technology using accessibility software such as screen readers or magnifiers, or accessibility functions on mobile technology devices.
