You are very comfortable sourcing and engaging engineers and like working as a partner with the business. Can stay calm under pressure in a fluid and dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
· At least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced environment (agency or in-house)
· At least 2+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates
