This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. The Civilian Human Resources Agency is the Department of the Army organization responsible for providing civilian human resources support and whose mission is to recruit, develop, and sustain a civilian workforce through effective, efficient, and responsive HR products and advisory services.
