Mr Indraneel Mujgule is a Management Graduate and has brought his professional experience and knowledge to the firm. He looks after new plot acquisitions, marketing and Liasoning with Government agencies.

Mr. Sanjay Shirsat has been in the field of Construction for the last 27 years. After completing his Diploma in Building Construction he joined Darode Jog Builders for getting practical experience, here he got the opportunity to prove his practical knowledge and be a part of number of prestigious projects in Pune. He takes care of all the construction on the site.

Initially, they started with small budget projects in Aundh and Pashan. From the start Mr.Sanjay Shirsat and Mr. Indraneel Mujgule have aspired to become quality builders with Homes by Design being their motto.
