Mr. A.J.Smiles, is a Masters degree holder in Science and is a truly Global person having worked in 5 countries i.e India, Japan, Kenya, Tanzania and Mauritius. He initially joined SBI as P.O (Probationary Officer) and quickly moved in to senior management positions. He has excellent administrative and management skills having held the top positions of CEO /DCEO for nearly 10 years in 3 different Banks. He has travelled extensively to several countries in the world. Also having lived and worked in several countries for over 20 years, he has personal experience and excellent insights in to the study environment, work culture, career potential, living conditions, climatic conditions etc of several countries. He has also provided free coaching for hundreds of poor students for UPSC civil services, Bank P.Os etc during his early part of the career, through a Charitable Trust in Vijayawada. His international experience has been a main motivation for him to establish this consultancy, particularly covering the areas of STUDY ABROAD, COACHING AND IMMIGRATION.
