We introduce ourself as India’s foremost, finest & largest manufacturer of socks .“High Street” group was 1st in India to introduce Italian computerized socks machines in year 1993 and its still going strong adding more machines every year & keeping itself updated with the newest Technology.
High street is the brainchild of Mr. Raj Kumar Sethia & Mrs. Neeta Sethia, as dynamic and energetic entrepreneurs they have skillfully guided the company’s strategic planning and technical alliance. They hail from a very well reputed business family of Calcutta which has been in business from last one and a half century. They have had immense support of Shri Moti Lal Baid, chairman of the company & Promoter of “Polycon Group” .He's a prudent business magnet and the backbone of the company, he has led the company with his vision and rich experience for over 45 years in various fields of business industries. He has over 16 factories to his credit out of which all are performing well & expanding even today.
The company has a battery of Chartered Accounts, Engineers, M.B.A.’s ,CS and well experienced technicians & managers at all levels of organization whose collective output highlight the team effort which is the hall mark of the Group's success.
High Street is only socks factory is India Certified by ISO - 9001:2008 by QSI and is registered under scope of textile & textile product IAF#04 and approved by “Adidas, Reebok, Tommy Hilfighter, Lotto, Asda, Tesco, George Mills UK, Benetton,Fila,Marks & Spencers & H & M, Bureau Veritas, price Water House” Walt Disney, Looney Tunes,Luna leggings(USA), Emminence (France). Highstreet is also fully a compliance factory & it is registered with “Sedex” UK.
The factory was established only with a few machines in 1993 whereas, in today's date the total number of machines in operation are over 250 and we are growing further. The company has replaced 100 old machines with new machines.
The company harbours extensive expansion plans in socks & other core industry for which the company has already acquired 32704 sq. Mtrs of land at Bagru. Industrial Area SPL-185 Phase-II from RIICO about 15KM from city on Ajmer Highway NH8.
