- Responsible for sales and marketing of Cortina’s Router Gateway SoC (CS75xx) to the internet service providers. Built relationships all major operators, OEMs and ecosystem partnerships. Won FiOS gateway at Verizon and built a revenue pipeline of $20M/year.

- Managed product definition and development of Router Gateway chipset including product requirements, IP selection, RTL, DV, FPGA emulation, bring-up, software. Delivered silicon and software within budget and schedule. No major bugs; production in 6 months
- Led a team 75+ RTL, DV and software engineers in India, Taiwan and US
- IP core selection and licensing for CPU, Crypto, DDR, PCIe, SATA, USB etc.
- Silicon bring-up complete within 24hrs for full networking traffic and booting Linux.

- Responsible for strategic market directions for Cortina: analysis of emerging markets, built relationships with ecosystem partners. Evaluated 100+ companies for M&A transactions and successfully executed of all four of Cortina’s acquisitions.
