The incumbent will provide leadership in defining requirements, recommend and execute technology solutions and communicate as liaison with FNCS programs/offices, using FNCS core platforms including SharePoint, MS365, and adjunct tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Visio, Azure services) to establish and support solutions for small to medium apps and/or sites. .

About the Position: Incumbent serves as an IT Specialist performing a wide range of development and system administration functions, including Army365 intranet management. Develops thorough solutions using Microsoft Power Platform development tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Frameworks (SPFx). Implements and supports knowledge management (KM) policies, strategies, practices, and projects throughout the Southern Europe Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF).
