Responsibilities:
Critically understanding clients' operations and systems
Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief
Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive
Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility
Developing projects feasibility reports and presenting solutions to the client
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Prioritize features, define project scope and identify risks
Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies
Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans
Keep a constant positive connection with the client
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering
2+ years direct work experience in an Account Management/Business Analyst role, including all aspects of process development and execution
Certified Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Strategist;
Familiar with Magento, Hybris, WebSphere
Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus
Good English
Availability to travel: up to 50%
