We (RK and Ayesha) wanted to create a "lab" where ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results, where people can actualize their God-given potential, irrespective of their background, gender, religion or ethnicity. Today we have almost 50% women (a rarity even in the West), all religions and ethnicities, and college-dropouts to PhDs working in CommLab.

We were also obsessed about creating value – for our customers, employees and suppliers. Growth and profits were considered incidental and guaranteed. Leveraging our background and interest in training, we started with Management Development Programs for corporate organizations in India, when we stumbled upon e-learning. And there was no turning back.
