Asahi Switchgear Products Ltd (ASPL) is an ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 Certified Company. It is a Joint Venture between Asa Bhanu Technical Services (ABTS), Hyderabad and Wave Energy, Japan (formerly Hirose Company, Japan)

Wave Energy, Japan (formerly Hirose Company, Japan) was established in 1979 specializes in the manufacture of Switchgear Panels, Distribution Panels and Inverter Panels etc. It is an ISO 9001 certified company. Wave Energy is a preferred vendor to vast International clientele, including JFE steel Co., TMEIC, MITSUBISHI, and such others. (www.wavee.co.jp)

Manufacturing plant is located in a 6070 sq.m plot with 2600 sq.m built up area. It has a well laid out assembly plant with 2 X 5T overhead Cranes, necessary assembly devices and test facility. Bus bar fabricating and Sleeving facility are also available in-house. We have modern Fabrication Plant with Amada (Japan make) Punching and Bending Machines. Fabrication Shop also has a 5T overhead Crane and it houses welding facility to manufacture different type panels. In-house Powder coating and baking oven facility is available. All the above facilities located in the same compound enable speedy manufacture of high quality panels.

To meet the diversified needs of our customers the Panels are manufactured in standard as well as custom-built to customer specifications. Designed and manufactured using advanced technology which makes them stand in International markets

We can manufacture 75~100 panels per month. We strive to achieve total customer satisfaction through good manufacturing practices, rigorous supply chain approaches and committed work-force.

Our modern Design office with experienced and qualified Electrical and Mechanical Engineers helps us to produce panels for various industries.

Asahi has 150 dedicated and qualified staff of which about 30 are engineers.

IEC Type tests for HV 62271-200 for Nominal 1250A, 2000A, 3150 and STC for 25kA, 31.5kA and 40kAIEC 62271-200 IAC AFLR for 40kA for 0.2 secLV Type Test Certification as per IEC 61439-1 for 50kA for 3200 ACE Certification panels also can be produced.
