In this position, you will serve as an Information Technology Specialist for the Regional Offices, Region Four, Regional Administrator. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience providing, diagnosing, and resolving customer support requirements for hardware/software issues on various platforms. They should also be able to provide break fix solutions.
