Career Access is an executive search house setup in 1997 by Executive Access India to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions to our clients for middle and senior management talent acquisition. Robust growth in the Indian market catalyzed the demand for skilled professionals & managers at mid levels by multi-fold. Many organizations had to tolerate with mediocre talent or compromise while hiring as their hiring strategy was largely driven by recruitment vendors lacking in depth and process rigour, resultantly, banking on job portals.
It was this chaotic juncture that witnessed the genesis of Career Access as a pilot project catering to the needs of some exclusive clients of Executive Access at middle levels of management. Impressive outcomes from these pilot projects ensured a surge of requests of similar services from other clients as well.
